You must be registered by April 13, 2012 to be included in the printed program.

Dear Exhibitor,

All vendor spaces are outdoors on the Sherman Municipal Lawn. This is a rain or shine event. You are responsible for providing your own shelter, tables, chairs, and signage. No exceptions will be made. Set up is the morning of the event. Set up the evening before is at your own risk, as no outdoor security will be provided. Vendor space assignments will be made after registration closes. You will receive confirmation and instructions upon registration. You will not receive your assignment until the 17th or 18th. Cancellations must be made by April 15 for a refund to be considered
