Dear Exhibitor,

All vendor spaces are outdoors on the Sherman Municipal Lawn. You are responsible for providing your own shelter, tables, chairs, and signage. No exceptions will be made. Set up is the morning of the event. Early set up is at your own risk, as no outdoor security will be provided. Vendor space assignments will be made after registration closes. You will receive confirmation and instructions upon registration. You will not receive your assignment until the 22nd or 23rd.

The keynote address will be at 9:00 a.m. Workshops and sales will begin at 10:00 a.m.
