Dear Sponsor,   

All vendor spaces are outdoors on the Sherman Municipal Lawn. You are responsible for providing your own shelter, tables, chairs, and signage. No exceptions will be made. Set up is the morning of the event. Early set up is at your own risk, as no outdoor security will be provided. Vendor space assignments will be made after registration closes. You will receive confirmation and instructions upon registration. You will not receive your assignment until the 21st. or 22nd.   The keynote address will be at 9:30 a.m.  Workshops will begin at 10:30 a.m.  You may begin sales as soon as you are set up and ready.  Thank you for your participation.
